Olimpia is located in the heart of Madrid in Alonso Martinez. Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Studio Manager Coordinator to join our team. This part-time role is perfect for someone passionate about wellness and fitness, with excellent communication skills and a talent for creating a welcoming environment. The Studio Manager Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service both in person and across our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk & Client Experience: Greet and assist clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. Manage studio bookings, inquiries, and client communications. Handle client check-ins, tours, and provide studio etiquette. Ensure the studio's tidiness and cleanliness standards.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the studio’s CRM system. Enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  • Social Media & Digital Communication: Assist in the development and execution of the studio’s social media strategy. Engage with clients on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Manage inquiries and communications via WhatsApp and email.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) or advanced level of English.
  • Proven experience in customer service and/or coordination.
  • Passion for wellness and fitness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, outgoing, and a team player.

Working Hours:

  • Part-time: Monday-Friday mornings and afternoons, and weekends (8:30 AM - 12:30 PM). Flexibility to cover other hours when needed.
