About This Opportunity
We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks, as well as configure and integrate various nodes and solutions in both new and active customer networks.
The Support Engineer interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also collaborate with teams in sales, R&D, third-party suppliers, and local authorities.
Technical development is rapid, and you will be responsible for continuously updating your skills and knowledge.
This role requires broad knowledge of telecom and datacom, including hardware, software, and network expertise. You will work in an international environment, collaborating and communicating with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. The position often involves significant responsibility and requires the ability to work independently.
