The primary mission of the Student Success Manager (SSM) is to ensure student retention, motivation, and success in subsidized training programs, while ensuring compliance with regulations. The SSM acts as a key figure among students, the teaching team, and the organization, anticipating dropouts, reviewing documentation, resolving academic or personal issues, and ensuring quality pedagogical and administrative follow-up for each group.
Academic background: At least a Higher Degree.
Experience: Minimum 1 year managing training groups or projects with at-risk or vulnerable groups, unemployed, or marginalized populations. Experience with subsidized programs (SEPE, FUNDAE, SOC, etc.) highly valued.
Key skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Conflict resolution and student-oriented approach. Organizational skills and rigorous administrative follow-up. Proficiency in Excel and academic management platforms.
