Job summary

CIEE Barcelona is seeking a proactive Student Life Manager to lead events, communications and student services at our Barcelona Study Center. You will manage a small team, design activities and coordinate local marketing to engage participants and strengthen our brand.

The role requires fluency in Catalan, Spanish and English, strong project management, and the ability to travel for day trips and events. This is a dynamic, international environment focused on intercultural exchange.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading student life programs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and coordinate logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1–4 staff and assign roles.
• Plan and oversee orientation and transport for arrivals.
• Develop semester activity agendas and day trips.
• Lead social media and local communications campaigns.
• Monitor expenses and produce monthly reports.
