The AECOM Madrid Design Office is currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our experienced and talented team. We are seeking someone interested in developing within the structures discipline, working on international bridge and building projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various structural typologies worldwide. The primary responsibilities include:

1. Lead structural calculations
2. Create and edit specifications
3. Perform finite element analysis modeling incorporated into BIM platforms
4. Manage projects and interact with clients
5. Coordinate across disciplines
6. Lead design teams and oversee designs

Minimum Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Structural Design/Calculations and building engineering
• Languages: English (Advanced or Proficient) and Spanish

Desired Experience:

• RID, CYPE (including embedded retaining walls and steel sheet pilings), MIDAS-Civil, STATIK / CEDRUS (Cubus), ETABS, SAP2000, FAGUS (Cubus), Structural Bridge Design, AutoDesk's Sam and AutoCAD, Excel, Presto
• BIM platforms - REVIT
• Codes/Standards: Spanish National Codes, AASHTO/ACI/ASTM, Eurocodes
• Availability to travel and work short to medium periods abroad
