UNOPS is seeking a Structural Engineer (ICS08) to support the analysis, design, review and implementation of infrastructure projects in humanitarian contexts. You will gather data, interpret international standards, and assist project teams to ensure high-quality construction and resilient infrastructure for critical recovery efforts.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with structural design and assessment for potable water supply or irrigation infrastructure preferred.
• Experience with AutoCAD and engineering design software such as Revit, ETABS, StaadPro is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the design and analysis of structural components and services for projects.
• Provide design review and technical support for structures related to water and irrigation infrastructure.
• Prepare design briefs, reports, calculations and bills of quantities.
• Carry out site inspections and QA/QC to ensure compliance with standards and client requirements.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated design deliverables.
