Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Strategy & Transformation Consulting Manager to lead strategy and business transformation engagements within our Industry practice.

You will work with clients across consumer goods, manufacturing, life sciences, mobility and real estate to address challenges in strategy, performance improvement, customer experience, digitalisation, analytics and organisational change.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business transformation or similar advisory environment.
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related discipline; postgraduate valued.
• Experience leading consulting workstreams or projects from problem definition through to final recommendation.
• Confidence working with senior client stakeholders and presenting complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, prioritise competing demands and maintain quality under pressure.
• Experience coordinating and developing consultants with different levels of seniority.
• Commercial awareness with involvement in proposals, opportunity development or account growth.
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Strong command of PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, defining objectives, workstreams, resources, timelines and governance.
• Turn complex business challenges into structured approaches, robust analyses and clear recommendations.
• Lead client conversations, workshops and executive presentations, ensuring decisions and next steps are actionable.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, clarifying responsibilities, priorities and expected outcomes.
• Oversee diagnostics, analyses and deliverables, challenging the work where needed and ensuring consistency across workstreams.
• Anticipate project risks, manage dependencies and make informed decisions when priorities shift.
• Build deep understanding of each client’s business and sector to craft tailored solutions.
• Lead and contribute to commercial proposals, shaping the approach, value proposition and delivery model.
