Job summary

NTT DATA Europe & Latam in Madrid/Barcelona Hybrid model is seeking a Life Sciences Consultant to support pharma clients at the intersection of business, transformation and digital capabilities. You will understand business context, map complex problems and align technology with strategic goals.

Join a Life Sciences team collaborating with Data & AI, SAP, Veeva and cloud platforms to design solutions that drive real operational change.

Qualifications

More than 4 years of professional experience in consulting, transformation or project management.
At least one year of experience in Life Sciences, Pharma or Healthcare.
Ability to structure complex business challenges and translate into actions.
Experience working directly with clients, managing stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

Work directly with Pharma and Life Sciences clients to understand challenges and transformation needs.
Lead and support discovery sessions, workshops and client conversations.
Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Translate business needs into requirements, scopes and deliverables.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across business and technology.
Prepare executive presentations, proposals and client-facing deliverables.
Identify risks, dependencies and opportunities early.
Participate in RFPs, pre-sales and business development activities.
Progressively take ownership of projects and client relationships.
