Allianz Technology is seeking a Strategy & Transformation Communications Intern to join the Global Communication and Reputation team. The role focuses on developing strategic communications to boost employee engagement, creating campaigns across channels, and producing engaging internal content.

You will work with AI-driven design tools, including Claude Design and Canva Pro, to craft visual storytelling and short-form videos while collaborating across teams to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Master’s student; related to Communications/Marketing/Design preferred.
English proficiency required.
Experience with content creation, social media, and visual communication tools.
Video production including filming and editing; short-form content.
Hands-on with Claude Design and Canva Pro; familiarity with AI design tools.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and execution of strategic communications to boost employee engagement and culture.
Collaborate to design and implement employee engagement campaigns across channels.
Create content for internal communications: newsletters, social posts, visuals.
Produce engaging visuals to support engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align campaigns with org goals.
Track campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
