We seek innovative, enthusiastic, and versatile professionals in data, digital, and AI fields to join us in this exciting venture. The Data Strategy & Innovation team is responsible for developing and delivering enterprise data and AI strategies aligned with business priorities, managing investments, external relations, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders and SMEs to develop data and analytics strategies for various Siemens Energy units.
• Collaborate with corporate strategy and innovation teams across the organization.
• Translate business needs into data and analytics requirements to address specific challenges.
• Create and evaluate data-driven initiatives, developing ideas with internal partners.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to measure progress in data and analytics initiatives.
• Present strategies and roadmaps to senior leadership.
• Manage project and portfolio delivery, including reporting to governance and leadership teams.
• Support the Chief Data Officer’s leadership team in governance and delivery of data initiatives.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience leading small teams and mentoring talent.
• Over 7 years of experience in digital / data and analytics, with strategy development experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills, capable of translating complex ideas into tangible results.
• Experience establishing program management frameworks in large, global organizations.
• Industry experience in manufacturing or energy sectors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of data models, metadata, data quality, and issue management.
• Open-mindedness and willingness to learn and improve skills.
• Result-oriented with excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Proven ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive outcomes at scale.
