Una empresa tecnológica líder busca un Gerente de Estrategia y Planificación para unirse a su departamento de Marketing. Este puesto es clave para traducir la estrategia global en un plan de acción efectivo, asegurando la ejecución correcta de iniciativas y el control óptimo del presupuesto. El candidato ideal debe tener más de 7 años de experiencia en marketing estratégico, con un sólido trasfondo en la gestión de presupuestos y un enfoque analítico. Formación

• Más de 7 años de experiencia en roles de marketing estratégico, preferiblemente en entornos SaaS.
• Fuerte comprensión de plataformas de automatización de marketing y ecosistemas CRM.

We are currently looking for a Strategy & Planning Manager to join our Marketing department . This role will work directly with the Head of Marketing, translating the global strategy into an actionable plan, ensuring the correct execution of initiatives, optimal budget control, and a data-driven approach to all marketing activities.

This is not a creative or tactical campaign role. We are looking for a structured, analytical marketing leader with strong skills in project coordination, investment planning and performance tracking . This person will lead the CRM and Data team, and will be responsible for making the most of our HubSpot platform, aiming to evolve towards a Customer Data Platform vision.

The Ideal Candidate has…

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. Master or similar will be highly valued.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic marketing roles, preferably in SaaS or digital environments.
• Solid background in budget management, planning, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (ideally HubSpot) and CRM ecosystems.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, especially CRM and Data specialists.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to generate insights from data.
• Experience working in PMO roles, coordinating multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Advanced use of Excel and BI tools.
• Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish, as this role operates in an international context.
• A proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude — someone who brings clarity and structure to complexity.
