The People team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of the employee journey at Preply, including onboarding and offboarding compliance, total rewards and benefits, HR systems and analytics as well as key People projects such as employee engagement, career development and frameworks and others.
You will take on a high-impact, cross-functional role where you will partner closely with our Leadership team, driving strategic projects and making sure we’re set up for scale, efficiency, and impact.
What you’ll be doing :
Strategic Planning & Execution :
Lead annual planning cycles for the People team, aligning roadmaps, OKRs, and budgets with company priorities.
Track progress on key initiatives and drive accountability across leaders, ensuring follow-through and results.
Partner with the People Leadership on org-wide strategy updates and board-level content.
Leadership Communication :
Own meetings - creating agendas, summarizing insights, and keeping the People Leadership team focused on what matters most.
Act as a thought partner to the VP People, preparing internal and external communications that elevate our People strategy and culture.
Data & Insights :
Continuously monitor, analyze and improve tracking of key People metrics such as attrition, engagement, performance, hiring, and organizational health.
Translate data into strategic insights and trends that drive decision-making across the People team.
Special Projects :
Lead priority cross-functional initiatives such as leadership enablement, AI integration, and IPO readiness from the People lens.
