Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to elevate how the executive team operates. Based in Barcelona or London, you will drive transformation projects, lead data-driven growth initiatives, and shape our strategic agenda with the CEO Office.

You’ll partner with senior leaders, prioritize new markets and partnerships, and build rigorous business models. The role offers equity, relocation support to Barcelona, health insurance, and generous development funds.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or planning - ideally in a high-growth tech environment.
• Strong organization and leadership presence - communicate with clarity and influence across executive audiences.
• Highly action-oriented and independent, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with experience crafting executive presentations.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and balancing strategic and operational depth.
• Business modeling or financial acumen; analytics experience is a plus.
• Based in Barcelona or London, with a preference for Barcelona.
