Interbrand Madrid seeks an Associate Director of Strategy to lead and develop client projects in Human Truths, Economics and Experience, guiding strategy work and shaping client solutions while supporting growth of key accounts.

The role requires strong leadership, workshop management, recruitment and coaching of consultants, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact branding strategies for top brands in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish-English with fluent written and spoken English required.
• Degree in Business, Advertising, PR or related field.
• Strong general business knowledge and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop client projects and team capabilities in areas related to Interbrand offering (Human Truths, Economics and Experience).
• Lead and moderate workshops (internal and external).
• Act as trusted advisor to grow client relationships and identify new opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Head of Strategy and other groups to ensure high-quality deliverables.
