Roche is seeking a Strategy & Insights Intern within the PSPO team, based in Sant Cugat. You will help build the reporting and data foundation for automated, AI-enabled dashboards providing leadership with real-time visibility of the product portfolio.

You will work with the Programme Manager, Project Managers and Strategic Operations Lead to translate strategy into measurable objectives and gain hands-on experience with BI tooling in a healthcare technology setting.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduate in analytics or IT field.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools.
• Strong communication and ability to turn data into insights.
• Well organized, proactive and able to work with limited supervision.
• Fluency in English.
• Nice to have BI tools exposure (Power BI/Looker/Tableau).

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Explore and evaluate AI tools for reporting and automation.
• Establish a single source of truth for product data across PSPO.
• Support quarterly OKR cycles with consolidated inputs.
• Prepare materials for leadership meetings and workshops.
• Collaborate with PSPO chapters and internal communications teams.
