Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Strategy & Insights Intern to help build data foundations and automated dashboards. You will work across PSPO to measure performance, support leadership with AI-enabled insights, and help transform reporting processes from manual spreadsheets to real-time dashboards.

You will collaborate with Programme and Project Managers and a Strategic Operations Lead, gaining exposure to senior leadership, strategy translation, and data storytelling in a regulated healthcare

Qualificações

• Recent graduate in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Curiosity about AI tools and how they apply to business problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication to turn data into a clear message.
• Well organised with structure, follow-through and ability to keep things moving.
• Proactive and comfortable with limited supervision.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; able to structure, analyse and present data clearly.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support design, build and maintenance of dashboards and reports tracking PSPO performance.
• Explore, test and recommend AI tools to improve reporting, analysis and automation.
• Help establish a single source of truth for product and portfolio data across PSPO.
• Support quarterly OKR cycle by consolidating inputs and preparing review materials.
• Prepare clear materials for leadership meetings and portfolio reviews.
• Collaborate with PSPO chapters and support Risk & Governance initiatives.
