Job summary

Infront in Madrid is seeking a Strategy & Finance Analyst to work with the Chief of Staff on high-priority initiatives. This hands-on role supports turning strategy into clear analysis, execution and measurable outcomes, with regular interaction across executives and teams.

You will assist with planning, M&A work, executive materials, and cross-functional projects, leveraging analytical skills and advanced Excel/PowerPoint, and you will collaborate with senior stakeholders in a fast-moving,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking or management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into practical recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with executive-ready output.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and coordinating inputs across teams.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage cross-functional change initiatives with plans, milestones, owners, risks and progress reporting.
• Assist with M&A processes: research, analysis, financial modelling, valuation, materials, diligence and integration tracking.
• Prepare executive materials: concise presentations, briefing notes and analyses for senior stakeholders.
• Drive special projects: structure and deliver time-sensitive initiatives from scoping to recommendations and follow-through.
• Provide decision-support analysis: quantify information, evaluate options and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Coordinate stakeholders: gather information across teams, surface issues early and keep decisions moving.
• Improve ways of working: strengthen project-management practices, reporting and follow-up across priority initiatives.
