What we offer

You will interact with C-level executives at our clients regularly to drive impactful change under the supervision of Project Managers and Directors.

You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data-driven insights, client interviews, market research, analytical models, etc.

What you will do

You will play a key role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting frequently with Directors and Partners.

Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, hold client interviews, develop analytical models, and derive business recommendations to drive positive change.

You will focus on data-driven analyses, as our clients increasingly require analytical bases in business-related projects.

You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops, and presentations to clients to share progress.

You will receive thorough training (both formal and on-the-job), continuous feedback, and close coaching to support your career growth within the firm.

Over time, you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

What you will bring

B.A. or M.Sc. degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions, with a proven academic record.

3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting, with a background in the energy industry.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals.
