Una agencia de comunicación internacional busca un Director de Planificación de Comunicación para liderar proyectos multicanal y desarrollar estrategias integradas. Se requiere un profundo conocimiento de disciplinas de comunicación, así como habilidades en análisis de datos y gestión de equipos. Formación

  • Mínimo 7 años en una agencia de medios, gestionando cuentas y propuestas.
  • Experiencia previa en gestión de equipos de al menos 7 años.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar proyectos multicanal y crossmedia.
  • Desarrollar estrategias y recomendaciones de conexión.
  • Coordinar insights, análisis y contenido para proyectos integrados.

Responsabilidades

A Communication Planning Director will lead multichannel and crossmedia projects, providing brand connection solutions, managing workshops, launching research initiatives, and focusing on results.

Must be autonomous in developing connection strategies and recommendations.

Natural project coordinator, passionate about new challenges, capable of leading high-performance teams. Versatile, engaged, organized, flexible, and curious.

Cualificaciones

How you’d spend your day :

  • Developing strategic value for the agency.
  • Structuring presentations and storytelling.
  • Coordinating insights, analytics, content, data, and related areas for integrated projects.
  • Supporting consumer insights research.
  • Leading workshops and training sessions.
  • Participating in forums and meetings to elevate strategic input.
  • Developing strategies for current clients and pitches.
  • Driving innovation through knowledge of trends.

    What we’re looking for :

  • Deep knowledge of integrated communication disciplines, channels, and media interrelations.
  • Advanced digital ecosystem knowledge.
  • Experience in performance marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Skilled in strategic planning tools, consumer listening, insights, and data analysis.
  • At least 7 years in a media agency, managing accounts and pitches.
  • Previous team management experience for at least 7 years.
  • Ideal profile : highly creative, curious, observant, analytical, organized, meticulous, and able to work under stress with an organizational mindset.
