We are looking for a strategically minded Strategy and Innovation Specialist to join our team help drive transformative initiatives that position our company for long-term success. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying growth opportunities, developing forward-thinking strategies, and designing innovative business solutions that differentiate us in the market.

Location: Madrid

Modality: 100% on-site

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct strategic market and industry analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the development and refinement of the company’s long-term strategic plan.
• Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, including target screening, valuation, and due diligence.
• Build financial models and conduct scenario planning to assess potential deals.
• Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (finance, legal, operations, etc.) and external advisors to support transaction execution.
• Monitor post-merger integration progress and assess the value realization of completed deals.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or relevant postgraduate studies are a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment banking, consulting, or a related M&A role.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• High level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tools like Capital IQ or PitchBook is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
