Metyis is growing! We are seeking a Strategy and Execution Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our Madrid team. You will participate in high-impact engagements for Fashion clients, leading multidisciplinary teams and translating data into strategic recommendations.

You will build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, drive business development, and mentor junior consultants in a fast-growing, international environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected.

Formación

• 3–5 years of Strategy & Execution consulting or in-house experience in Fashion/retail value chain
• Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken

Responsabilidades

• Participate in Strategy & Execution engagements for Fashion clients, acting as senior client reference and overseeing multidisciplinary project teams
• Structure and lead complex strategic and execution projects (network & logistics redesign, S&OP, inventory & allocation, wholesale channel strategy, cost-to-serve, operating model design)
• Own relationships with senior client stakeholders (Supply Chain, Logistics, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations, Commercial, GM leadership) and lead workshops and executive presentations
• Support business development with proposals and client pitches by bringing sector expertise in Fashion value chain, Retail and Wholesale transformation topics
• Mentor and coach Consultants and Associates to ensure quality delivery and professional development

What you will do

• You will participate in Strategy & Execution engagements for Fashion clients, acting as the senior point of reference for the client and overseeing multidisciplinary project teams, while reporting directly to Managers, Directors and Partners
• You will structure and lead complex strategic and execution projects (network & logistics redesign, S&OP, inventory & allocation, wholesale channel strategy, cost-to-serve, operating model design), translating operational and commercial data into fact-based recommendations that support C-level decision making
• You will own the relationship with senior client stakeholders (Supply Chain, Logistics, Wholesale, Merchandising, Operations, Commercial and General Management leadership), leading workshops, steering committees and executive presentations
• You will support business development activities, contributing to proposals and client pitches by bringing sector expertise and credibility on Fashion value chain, Retail and Wholesale transformation topics
• You will mentor and coach Consultants and Associates, ensuring quality delivery and contributing to their professional development

What You´ll Bring

• B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, (Industrial/Textile) Engineering or other related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of academic achievement
• 3 -5 years of contrasted experience in Strategy & Execution consulting and/or in-house roles within the Fashion industry, with hands‑on exposure to Retail, Wholesale, value chain optimization and Logistics/Supply Chain is a must
• Proven track record leading value chain optimization, logistics/supply chain, Wholesale channel or Retail operations projects in Fashion, in a client‑facing or leadership capacity, spanning both strategic design and hands‑on execution
• Deep understanding of the Fashion business and its end‑to‑end value chain (sourcing, product development, merchandising, logistics/distribution, Retail and Wholesale operations), with the ability to connect strategic thinking with on‑the‑ground execution
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems and translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and project teams, with excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
• Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel, with international exposure and genuine eagerness to work closely with other talented people
