• You will interact with C-level at our clients on a regular basis to drive their business towards impactful change under the supervision of the Project Managers and Directors.

What you will do

• You will play a key role in our project teams, supporting the Manager and interacting often with Directors and Partners.
• Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, hold client interviews, develop analytical models and derive business recommendations from them, to drive positive change in our clients.
• You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.
• You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and presentations to clients to share progress.
• You will receive a thorough training (formal and ‘on-the-job’), continuous feedback and a close coaching that will ensure your career advancement within the firm.
• And over time, you will be expected to support the development of more junior team members.

What you’ll bring

• B.A. or M.Sc degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields from top-tier institutions, with a proven track record of academic excellence.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting, and a background in the energy industry are a must.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• A genuine eagerness to learn, grow, and collaborate with talented professionals.
