Metyis is seeking a talented Strategy and Execution Analyst with 0-2 years of experience to join our Strategy and Execution team in Barcelona.

You will conduct market research, hold client interviews, and develop analytical models to drive change for our clients, while receiving thorough training and coaching in a fast-growing, international environment.

Formación

• Exceptional BA and/or MSc graduates or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of working experience.
• Outstanding academic achievement.
• Excellent social and analytical skills.
• Data management skills.
• Genuine eagerness to learn and collaborate with talented people.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• You will play a key role in our project teams.
• Under the Manager’s supervision, you will conduct market research, interview clients, develop analytical models and derive business recommendations.
• You will contribute to data-driven analyses to provide an analytical base for client projects.
• You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and client presentations.
• You will receive thorough training and coaching to support career progression within the firm.

What you will do

• You will play a key role in our project teams.

• You will play a particular role in the data driven analyses as our clients require more and more that analytical base in business related projects.

• You will lead the preparation of meetings, workshops and presentation to clients to share progress.

What you will bring

• Exceptional BA and/or MSc graduates with a variety of backgrounds in financial, technical or other quantitative studies.

• 0-2 years of working experience.

• Outstanding record of (academic) achievement.

• Excellent social and analytical skills.

• Data Management Skills.

• Genuine eagerness to learn from- and closely work together with other talented people.

• Profound knowledge of the Spanish and English language, both verbal and written.

• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
