About the role

We invite you to join our vibrant Madrid studio as a Strategy Analyst, where you will be instrumental in developing impactful brand strategies for prominent companies across Spain and Latin America. Your skills in research and analysis will be essential in shaping effective strategies and solutions. Collaborate closely with senior strategists to provide compelling insights that enhance client success.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze and comprehend the core requirements of each project request.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve collaborations with valuable support.
• Deliver detailed and trustworthy analyses to establish trust and credibility.
• Organize and prioritize data to aid informed decision-making.
• Synthesize pertinent information to present a clear perspective.
• Research and share references that inspire innovative solutions.
• Understand the interplay between strategy, design, and client services in project generation.
• Bring fresh and disruptive viewpoints to enhance discussions.
• Utilize strategic resources and tools to improve the quality of work.
• Complete assignments with diligence and reliability.

About you

• 1-2 years of relevant branding experience with a strong enthusiasm for leading brands.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively and appreciate diverse brand cultures.
• Robust analytical skills to extract actionable insights from various data sources.
• Proficiency in employing data and AI-driven tools for strategic objectives.
• Skill in synthesizing complex information into coherent strategic narratives.
• Dependable and meticulous in completing critical tasks that contribute to project success.
