Job summary

Capgemini Invent, the strategic consulting and digital transformation unit of Capgemini Group, seeks a candidate to support IT strategy and modernization efforts in a dynamic environment. You will translate business needs into technological proposals and collaborate on multi-disciplinary digital transformation projects.

You will contribute to evaluating current architectures and help develop business cases and roadmaps, driving value and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics or similar.
• Interest for technology consulting or digital transformation.
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and results orientation.
• High level of English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support/Collaboration in definition of IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in the design of technology modernization plans.
• Translate business needs into concrete technological proposals.
• Collaborate on digital transformation projects alongside multidisciplinary teams.
• Contribute to the evaluation of current architectures and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in the development of business cases and implementation roadmaps.
