Account Executive

We are expanding our team and looking for a talented Account Executive to help us accelerate our growth in the industrial sector. If you have experience in B2B SaaS sales, a passion for manufacturing optimization, and fluency in English and French, we’d love to hear from you.

Your mission :

  • Drive the full sales cycle from initial engagement to closing, ensuring a smooth and consultative sales process.
  • Focus on the development and consolidation of existing large accounts, maximizing growth and long-term customer relationships.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, operational excellence leaders, and C-level executives.
  • Identify customer needs related to improving their financial performance and operational efficiency, ensuring they can quickly see tangible benefits from mlean’s solutions.
  • Propose and tailor mlean’s SaaS solutions to address those specific needs, providing clear value propositions that drive measurable impact through tailored demos.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets, customizing proposals to address each client’s specific needs and challenges.
  • Support clients throughout the journey, from pilot to full rollout, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction. Collaborate with the Customer Success team for seamless onboarding and long-term retention.
  • Detect and communicate client needs to mlean’s product team.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and go-to-market approaches.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and provide regular pipeline updates.
  • Build accurate sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, especially in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and Factory Optimization.
  • Represent mlean at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Travel internationally as needed to visit clients, conduct workshops, and drive growth in key markets.

Your profile :

  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with effective time management.
  • Assertive, persistent, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and French (both written and spoken).
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Knowledge or experience with Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, and factory optimization methodologies.
  • Experience selling to industrial clients (e.g., automotive, food & beverage, aerospace, FMCG, heavy industry).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
