We're seeking a Strategic Chief Marketing Officer to lead our LATAM, US, and European marketing efforts, helping us build a strong, scalable, and sustainable business around learning products and talent management solutions.

What you will do:

1. Oversee Communication Marketing: Build brand awareness and engagement through comprehensive communication strategies across channels like social media, PR, email, and content marketing.
2. Analyze Data and Optimize Performance: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

1. Global Marketing Expertise: Proven success in leading marketing efforts across international markets, ideally in EdTech or similar industries.
2. Sales-Related Marketing Experience: Strong ability to develop strategies that attract potential leads and support sales teams effectively.
