Capgemini Invent is seeking a transformation consultant to blend business ideas with technology ecosystems and deliver exceptional solutions for clients. You will coordinate and follow up on many tasks, drive implementation projects, and guide clients, while gradually taking on more responsibility and participating in internal initiatives.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, self-direction, and a passion for technology's impact on business and society, in a fast-paced environment

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or any with a Business or Information Technology background.
• Previous experience in consulting or top industry firms is recommended.
• Native and/or fluent in English and Spanish.
• Self-starter with highly developed interpersonal skills, decisive and result oriented.
• Strong interest in technology and its impact on business and society.
• Excellent communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and drive implementation projects and guide clients.
• Gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of transformation projects and successfully hold client meetings.
• Contribute to the development of the firm through participation in internal projects.
