Fritz & Muller seeks a Technical Sales Manager to act as a key technical and commercial expert, leading business development, managing strategic customer relationships, and identifying new market opportunities to support sustainable growth.

The role combines product development insight with sales leadership, requiring strong English, industrial sector experience, and willingness to travel to engage national and international customers at trade fairs and client meetings.

Formación

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Science & Technology, or related field.
• Solid experience in technical sales or technical-commercial positions within an industrial environment, preferably related to food, dairy, meat, bakery, or specialty chemicals industries.
• Strong knowledge of product development, innovation, and technology transfer.
• Proven experience in B2B customer management and business development.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and translate them into commercial opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Results-driven profile with a strategic mindset and strong customer orientation.
• Availability to travel.
• High level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and implementing the commercial strategy to drive growth and expansion across national and international markets.
• Managing and developing a portfolio of strategic customers, building strong, long-term relationships.
• Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and potential areas for growth.
• Acting as a key technical point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and developing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
• Participating in high-level commercial negotiations and leading the development of new accounts.
• Working closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure the successful implementation of proposed solutions.
• Identifying market needs and translating them into actionable insights for the R&D team, contributing to the development of new products and technical improvements.
• Leading innovation initiatives aimed at creating competitive advantages and new commercial opportunities.
• Coordinating product development projects together with technical teams, ensuring alignment with market and customer requirements.
• Representing the company at trade fairs, industry events, and meetings with national and international customers.
• Preparing sales forecasts, market analyses, and activity reports for senior management.
• Contributing to the company’s innovation and product development strategy from a customer- and business-oriented perspective.
