Job summary

Keyrus is seeking a Talent Acquisition expert to join the Intake team. You will partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across Keyrus entities, turning business plans into clear hiring strategies backed by real market data.

You will source, engage and attract top talent in Data, AI and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a primary focus on the French market and support for other EMEA markets when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent by experience.
• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally with a headhunting background.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders to translate business plans into clear hiring strategies backed by market data.
• Source, engage and attract top talent in Data, AI and EPM, focusing on the French market and supporting other EMEA markets as needed.
• Recruit the profiles that power intelligent systems: AI and ML engineers, data engineers, data scientists, data architects and AI consultants.
• Use AI-enabled sourcing and talent intelligence tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, AI sourcing platforms, ATS automation) to identify and reach the right talent faster and more precisely.
• Lead and deliver recruitment projects, managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer.
• Run competency-based interviews that assess both technical depth and consulting skills.
