Takeda in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Supply Chain & Demand Planner Iberia to manage the systems and processes for the cluster, including demand forecasting, supply of product to markets, launches, recalls, and day-to-day management of 3PL and customs agents.

The role communicates demand information to Supply Chain and liaises with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial and others to resolve supply issues, and leads audit readiness in coordination with Quality and Finance for the cluster.

Formación

• Oversee demand forecasting and S&OP for Iberia.
• Coordinate with 3PL, customs, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Commercial and other functions to resolve supply issues.
• Lead continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Demand Forecast process for Cluster and drive S&OP for the cluster.
• Ensure reliable supply of Product to Customer and Patient by collaborating with regional leaders and global supply chain.
• Manage local inventories and liaise with production/distribution planning.
• Monitor performance and daily operations with local logistics partner.
• Lead launch execution teams representing Cluster for new product launches.
• Support Tender Management with Cluster input.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and drive projects to goals.
