SICPA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Central Supply Chain Planner to lead global supply & demand planning, ensuring alignment between demand, capacity, inventory strategy and business objectives.

You will interface with Global & Local Supply Chain teams, Logistics, Manufacturing and Procurement to support product availability, risk management and executive decision-making. Candidates should have 5+ years in planning, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with ERP systems.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning.
• Experience in global and multicultural environments.
• Exposure to multi-site manufacturing and international supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems; knowledge of Power BI a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the monthly global Supply & Demand planning cycle.
• Consolidate and challenge regional demand forecasts.
• Translate demand into global supply and production plans.
• Monitor inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Identify supply risks and mitigation scenarios.
• Collaborate to align demand, supply, and finances.
• Drive continuous improvement of planning processes.
