GE Vernova Renovables España, S.L. is seeking an Operations and Program Manager to lead the PMO within the Subsystem Program Management portfolio. You will manage schedules, budgets and risks while coordinating with engineering leadership across the subsystem and platform PMO.

In this role, you will drive planning activities, ensure deliverables, and foster cross-functional collaboration to meet top business priorities and program milestones in a wind-energy context.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven project execution and management capabilities.
• Strong problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Experience with requirements management and design changes.
• Experience in manufacturing, testing and validation.
• Familiarity with engineering product development processes; wind industry preferred.
• Proficient with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Experience with Primavera P6 or similar PM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own program schedule and budget, including development and maintenance for programs within the portfolio.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate program risks throughout the lifecycle.
• Support subsystem-level planning and detailed scheduling of milestones.
• Maintain regular communication with platform PMO on status, risks and changes.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership on vision, priorities and MGPP.
• Manage the full portfolio of projects within the subsystem area.
• Identify conflicts and work with teams to recover or escalate with platform PMO.
• Lead or support daily management rhythms between subsystem and platform PMO.
