GE Vernova seeks a Lead Subsystem Integration Engineer – Machine Head to drive the technical development and integration of the Machine Head sub-system. You will act as the primary technical contact for definition, design integrity, validation, and subsystem quality across the program.

You will guide colleagues in concept through operation, enable RCA/SAFER processes, and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver robust products while advancing continuous improvement initiatives and field

Formación

• Significant experience in Engineering/Technology & Systems Engineering.
• Experience with wind turbine engineering projects or related fields.
• Knowledge of GE wind turbine design practices and certification requirements is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system expertise across all product development phases from requirements to life-cycle support.
• Lead subsystem design studies, define architecture, and manage interfaces.
• Author and approve requirements, contribute to technical documents and design reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure subsystem development and BOM release.
• Drive continuous improvement and issue resolution, including field quality support.
