GE-Vernova- is seeking an Operations & Program Manager to lead the PMO team, drive program planning, scheduling and budget management for complex subsystems. The role requires strong judgment, risk balancing, and problem-solving to achieve top business priorities and successful program execution.

You will collaborate with engineering leadership to shape vision and strategic priorities, manage a portfolio of projects, and ensure robust communication with platform PMO.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Proven experience in Program Management, Engineering or Operations.

Responsabilidades

• Own program schedule and budget for programs within the portfolio.
• Identify, analyze and mitigate program risks throughout lifecycle.
• Support subsystem level planning and management of milestones within the subsystem.
• Partner with engineering leadership to support vision, MGPP and strategic priorities.
• Lead daily management rhythms and resolve priority/resource conflicts.
• Support demand planning and resource estimation for subsystems.
