Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (Buyer) in Madrid to optimize materials planning through BOM and demand analysis.

You will collaborate with Commodity Specialists, suppliers, and logistics teams to manage RFQs, contracts, and inbound/outbound flows, while ensuring compliance with inventory processes. Responsibilities include supporting warranty and aftersales, MRO, and quality incident response, plus maintaining accurate cost postings and safety stock levels.

Formación

• Engineering or technical degree with international business/sales exposure.
• Minimum B2 English; a second language is valuable.
• Proficiency in SAP ERP, Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools.

Responsabilidades

• Handle purchase requisitions, BOM and demand analysis to forecast material needs.
• Coordinate RFQ process and contract updates with suppliers.
• Support inbound procurement and outbound project supply with Logistics.
• Assist warranty, MRO, and aftersales; manage quality incidents when needed.
