Array Tech, Inc. is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Manager to lead strategy, optimize costs, and drive supplier performance from Madrid. You will work with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals and ensure efficient purchasing processes.

In this role, you will manage RFQs, negotiate contracts, monitor supplier performance, and drive governance across procurement activities to support project needs and strategic objectives.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or purchasing roles.
• Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience in international environments and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English (C1).
