Impala Terminals in Madrid is seeking a Buyer to support procurement across functions, managing P2P processes, tenders, supplier performance reviews and KPI tracking.

The role requires 5 years of procurement experience, a relevant degree, English C1, and strong negotiation and data analysis skills. You will collaborate with Accounts Payable, Treasury, Operations and Maintenance to optimize costs.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years procurement experience; oil & gas preferred.
• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field; Master’s helpful.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end procurement: requisitions, purchase orders and spot purchases.
• Lead tendering, contract negotiations and supplier relationship management.
• Track and report procurement KPIs and pursue Total Cost of Ownership optimizations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Operations and Legal for terms and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and risk controls.
• Expedite critical equipment as required.
