Bayer in Barcelona is seeking a Procurement Sourcing Manager (German) to lead strategic sourcing for Technical Goods & Services. You will coordinate with Procurement Regional Managers and Category Leads, manage supplier relationships, and drive value through robust supply agreements while leveraging market intelligence.

Fluent English and German are required. A science, engineering, or business background plus experience in procurement operations and Ariba will help you excel in our globally

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Management or equivalent work experience.
• Solid experience as a Sourcing Manager or in procurement operations.
• Proficiency with Ariba and MS Office; knowledge of AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.

• Sourcing: lead activities with external suppliers in Technical Goods & Services.
• Stakeholder engagement: align with internal teams and set targets.
• Supplier management: develop supply agreements and mitigate risks with market data.
