HealthTech BioActives is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator in Barcelona to coordinate orders with suppliers, negotiate terms and track purchase orders. This newly created role offers growth potential and close cross-department collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in procurement, strong SAP and Office skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. This on-site position reports to Procurement Manager and requires integrity and a results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Knowledge of the purchasing process from request for quotation, negotiation, purchase order, delivery, and invoicing.
• Import processes and documentation.
• Logistics and inventory management knowledge desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Be the purchasing support of the Procurement department leading the replenishment of direct purchases, including raw materials and CMOs.
• Order Management: purchase orders creation, orders delivery tracking, and manage required Accounting documentation related to procurement activities.
• Management of the import process in coordination with customs and Logistics.
• Request quotes from suppliers and negotiate purchase terms.
• Register new suppliers and keep current supplier data updated in the system.
• Manage, monitor, and keep delivery times and order prices up to date.
• Review and approve invoices for orders with issues.
• Identify efficiency and savings opportunities and promote continuous improvement initiatives.
