Roche in Sant Cugat, Spain seeks a Global Category Manager for Engineering Services to lead strategic initiatives across a high-value supplier ecosystem. You will develop global category strategies, manage engineering consultancies, and drive value delivery for regulatory and quality-aware projects.

Required are a university degree (business or life sciences), 5+ years in strategic procurement, and English fluency.

Formación

5+ years of strategic and operational procurement experience.
Deep knowledge of category management and advanced strategic sourcing.
Familiarity with relevant legal and quality risks in regulated industries.
Strong leadership, communication and change-management skills.

Responsabilidades

Develop global Category Strategy and initiative pipeline aligned with leaders.
Lead high-value commercial negotiations with strategic suppliers.
Manage key global suppliers; establish development and innovation programs.
Create category guidance documents translating strategy into actionable content.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders in R&D and other partners; manage risk/CSR reviews.
Coach procurement colleagues and oversee budget with a shared Associate Category Manager.
