Roche Diagnostics Direct Procurement (DOP) in Sant Cugat, Spain, seeks a Sourcing Lead to head global sourcing for NPC, Sensors & Cartridges, and External Manufacturing portfolios. You balance strategic direction with hands-on execution to deliver value and strengthen the supply network.

You will lead a team of up to 16 Sourcing Managers and a Business Capability Lead, drive digital procurement, and report to the CoE leadership while partnering with executives to shape strategy.

Formación

• University degree required; MBA and CIPS certification highly preferred.
• 7–10 years in Direct Procurement with 3–5 years in a Shared Service/CoE environment.
• Strong sourcing knowledge with portfolio management and AI/digitalization experience, plus SAP and BI tooling expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead global sourcing for NPC, Sensors & Cartridges, and External Manufacturing portfolios.
• Drive digital procurement transformation and governance across the function.
• Manage a local team of up to 16 Sourcing Managers and one Business Capability Lead.
