Roche is seeking a Business Process Expert (BPE) in Sant Cugat, Spain, to oversee Demand-to-Pay processes within Global Diagnostics Procurement (DOP). You will analyze, design, and implement innovative solutions across SAP S/4HANA, GEP Smart, and related systems to improve stability, drive adoption, and reduce errors.

Reporting to the Digital & Process Management Lead, you will manage cross-functional relationships, lead large projects, and deliver KPI updates to leadership.

Formación

• University degree in business or life sciences required.
• MBA or equivalent preferred for advanced roles.
• CIPS certification is highly desirable.
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes across global networks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, manage, and improve Demand-to-Pay processes across the global network.
• Lead projects and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities.
• Ensure process compliance and change management across functions.
• Collaborate with SAP, GEP and external providers on system integration.
• Provide SME guidance and knowledge transfer across the organization.
