Roche is seeking a Sourcing Lead in Sant Cugat, Spain to manage the Active Diagnostic Ingredients and Reagents portfolios. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, drive digital procurement initiatives, and partner with executive leadership to shape a world-class supply network.

The role combines strategic category alignment with hands-on sourcing, emphasizing governance, AI/digital solutions, and value delivery across a global network.

Formación

• University degree in Business or Life Sciences required.
• MBA and CIPS certification highly preferred.
• 7–10 years direct procurement experience, 3–5 years in a Shared Service or CoE environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a local team of up to 16 Sourcing Managers and one Business Capability Lead.
• Drive digital procurement transformation and govern Roche's iCollab platform.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the global supply network.
• Define KPIs to guarantee OTIF service delivery across the portfolio.
