Roche seeks a Digital & Process Management Lead in Spain to drive digitalization and process excellence within the Diagnostics Global Operations transformation. You will manage a global team, partner with ASPIRE & iCollab initiatives, and ensure compliant process design with measurable outcomes.

The role requires a strong systems thinking mindset, experience in procurement, and proficiency with SAP and BI tools, along with English fluency. MBA or equivalent and CIPS are preferred.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Procurement, with at least 3–5 years in process improvement and systems deployment.
• 3–5 years in Business Process Management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP) and BI tools (Tableau, ThoughtSpot).
• MBA or equivalent; professional purchasing certifications (e.g., CIPS) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead digitalization initiatives and drive process automation within DOP.
• Represent DOP in the Roche-wide ASPIRE transformation program (D2P stream).
• Coach a global team of up to 15 professionals and foster an environment of psychological safety.
• Oversee end-to-end process design and provide KPI reporting to senior leadership.
