Roche is seeking a Business Capability Lead for Supplier Collaboration, based in Sant Cugat, Spain. You will own strategic and operational aspects of the Demand-to-Pay landscape, shaping governance and interfaces across ecosystems.

You will drive adoption of iCollab, oversee the global supplier collaboration strategy, and coordinate with CoE and cross-functional teams to deliver value at scale.

Formación

• University degree in business or life sciences required.
• MBA or equivalent and professional certifications (e.g., CIPS) highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of procurement systems and enterprise architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deploy the DOP roadmap for iCollab and related solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and digitalization.
• Act as SME to analyze options and design solutions for process or data concerns.
• Represent DOP in major initiatives and champion global template adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional performance across regions.
