Job summary

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses for a dedicated SBU, collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent Excel skills and data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Annual budgeting, forecasting, and sales performance management processes for your assigned Business Pillar/SBU.
• Coordinate sales target setting, budget allocation, and incentive/commission planning.
• Deliver accurate management reporting, dashboards, and business reviews for senior leadership.
• Analyze sales performance, profitability, pricing, market trends, and business opportunities, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Serve as the key contact for Power BI topics, providing expert support and user trainings across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Management.
