JLL in Madrid is seeking a Consultant for our Corporate Capital Markets team to support acquisitions and disposals, with a focus on Sale and Leasebacks, developments, and diverse real estate assets.

You will coordinate projects from corporate clients, act as main contact for clients and JLL teams, collaborate with Leasing, Account Management and others, and ensure high-quality outputs, attention to detail, and strong financial analysis.

Formación

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Law or Economics.
• Experience in Real Estate transactions, M&A or the financial sector.
• Strong project execution, communication and client management skills.
• Experience with data centers or self-storage is a plus.
• Knowledge of IFRS-16 is a plus.
• Advanced level of English; other languages are a plus.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential.
