JLL is seeking an Associate/Associate Director for the EMEA Strategic Capital Solutions team, based in Madrid or other European hubs. The role supports directors across the full project life cycle, mentors analysts, and leads client-facing activities in a fast-paced real estate investment banking environment.

The candidate should have 3+ years in investment banking or corporate finance with real estate exposure, strong modeling skills, and excellent stakeholder management. Madrid on-site.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in investment banking / corporate finance with exposure to real estate.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities and ability to analyze operating data.

Responsabilidades

• Execution Leadership: Ensure quality and timeliness of client materials and transaction documentation while coordinating multiple workstreams.
• Transaction Management: Manage complex transactions including joint ventures, corporate M&A, portfolio and asset sales with clear communication across stakeholders.
• Financial Modelling and Analysis: Create and interpret financial models for large portfolio sales, joint ventures, and structured equity transactions.
• Pitch Preparation and Business Development: Support pitches and investor marketing strategies to grow the team pipeline.
• Team Leadership and Development: Supervise analysts and junior team members and support their professional growth.
