Formación

About the Role
  • Develop and implement comprehensive corporate affairs and public policy strategies to support business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments at national, regional, and EU levels; translate insights into risk-mitigation and opportunity-seeking plans.
  • Prepare timely political and regulatory intelligence briefings, position papers, and stakeholder updates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with public institutions, government agencies, industry associations, and other key stakeholders.
  • Design and execute lobbying strategies and action plans, coordinating cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and communications teams to ensure alignment on messaging and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in law, political science, public policy, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 years' experience in public affairs, corporate affairs, or government relations ideally within a consultancy or multinational environment.
  • Track record in regulatory monitoring, stakeholder mapping, and advocacy campaigns.
  • Excellent drafting and presentation skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documents.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Native or near-native command of English and Spanish, additional EU language is a plus.
